President asserted the list of judicial nominees
On 20 June President of the Republic Armenia signed the decree asserted the list of judicial nominees established by the decision of Council of Justice “On the establishment of the list of judicial nominees ” from 27 May of 2015.
Following “court.am”, appropriate amendments must be carried out in the list of judicial nominees in civil and administrative specialization in accordance with Decree of President “On establishing the list of judicial nominees” from 23 July of 2011.
So, in the list of nominees in civil specialization were involved A. Arzumanyan (1979) leading specialist of legal department of “Artsakhbank” CJSC, T. Grigoryan (1982), S. Iskandaryan – leading specialist of legal-organizational department of Judicial Department of the RA, L. Hovhannisyan (1985) – judicial assistant in Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts, N. Mkhitaryan (1965) – director of “Slasar” LLC, G. Vardanyan (1985) – head of the 5-th department on legal supervision of the Ministry of Justice of the RA and A. Ohanyan (1982). In administrative specialization were chosen nominees of R. Makhmudyan (1982) – head of a legal-organizational department of Judicial Department of the RA and M. Petrosyan (1981) – leading specialist of the staff of the legal expertise of Court of Cassation of the RA.
