How much will you be fined for photographing your ballot

Article 154 of the Criminal Code establishes penalties for violation of the secrecy of the vote.

1.Forcing a voter to announce the result of voting in order to violate the secrecy of the vote, checking the ballot paper in order to reveal the results of voting, entering the voting booth (room), and otherwise violating the secrecy of the vote – is punishable by a fine of AMD 500.000-700.000, or imprisonment from 2-5 years.
2.For third parties (except for the person assisting the voter), voting the results of voting in a visible manner, as well as violation for mercenary purposes by publishing information obtained by photographing or videotaping the document revealing the secrecy of voting is punishable by a fine of AMD 100,000-200,000
