The Ministry of Justice is developing a new bill to amend the RA Law on “Public and Individual Notification on the Internet.” The bill proposes:

• differentiate methods of individual notification via the Internet to individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;
• create a specific electronic system through which legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will receive individual notifications exclusively via the Internet;
• determine that a legal entity/individual entrepreneur is properly notified from the date the information is posted on the personal page;
• establish that a certain legal entity/individual entrepreneur is notified of the posting of information on the site via a letter to an email address.

The adoption of this bill will lead to the development of an individual notification system and will create the opportunity to more productively notify legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and will also stimulate the formation of the main mechanism for receiving such notifications by the above-mentioned entities.
