An employer will receive support if he hires a person who has a disability as a result of military action. Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs
The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs reports that former servicemen (persons equal to them) who have been wounded as a result of military action and recognized as disabled will receive support from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in the matter of employment.
To this end, the employer will be provided:
Assistance in the amount of maximum AMD 100,000 for income tax calculated from wages, on a quarterly basis, for a maximum of one year
A one-time compensation of not more than AMD 500,000 if the workplace has to be adapted.
