The Law “On Compulsory Liability Insurance arising from the use of motor vehicles” has been amended and entered into force on August 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sub point “a” of point 1 (2) of Article 27 of the law has been changed according to which\u2024 If at the moment of inflicting damage a motor vehicle has not passed technical examination and the immediate cause of the accident is a failure of the motor vehicle which could be revealed by passing technical examination, or the motor vehicle has passed technical examination but one of the damages or conditions defined by the Government of the Republic of Armenia has been revealed which prohibits the use of motor vehicles and does not allow to pass technical examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
