The Central Housing Committee of the Armenian Defense Ministry issued a statement saying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“For information of former servicemen who are registered in the housing register, former servicemen dismissed from military service in the system of the Ministry of Defense of RA with the right for length of service and who are registered for apartment provision during military service, according to the decision N 540-n of May 10, 2019 of RA Government, until December 1, 2022, state financial aid through purchase certificates will be provided for acquisition of apartment or dwelling house in accordance with the procedure defined in the decision of RA Government N 540-n of May 10, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a) regions of the Republic of Armenia with border settlements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b) other regions of the Republic of Armenia<\/p>\n\n\n\n
c) Yerevan city<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The following provinces of the Republic of Armenia have been established<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1) Tavush province, 2) Vayots Dzor province, 3) Syunik province, 4) Gegharkunik province, 5) Ararat province, 6) Shirak province, 7) Lori province, 8) Armavir province, 9) Aragatsotn province, 10) Kotayk province, 11) Yerevan city<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Based on the priority set, beneficiaries registered on the day of registration in Kotayk Marz who have not yet renewed their housing records from July 6 of this year till July 20 of this year are requested to submit the following documents<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A photocopy of the discharge order,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Photocopies of passports (with originals) of the beneficiaries and their family members<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Photocopy of marriage certificate (divorce certificate with originals)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Certificate from the passport department for the addresses of registration of the beneficiary and his\/her family members<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Photocopies of certificates of ownership of apartments (residential houses) at the beneficiary’s and his\/her family members’ registration address as well as certificate from the passport department about the persons registered in the mentioned apartments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Certificate from condominium on persons residing in the condominium<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Certificate from the respective division of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre of the RA Government on real estate acquisitions and\/or disposals in the name of the beneficiary and his\/her family members during the last 5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
