The IP law regulates the relations connected with the creation and use of works of science, literature, and art (copyright), performances, phonograms, programs of broadcasting organizations (related rights).\u00a0Nowadays copyright and related rights of citizens are often violated. The Act also provides protection of these rights, but it is not always possible to understand and use the provided mechanism(s) of protection without the help of dedicated professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We offer the following services for the implementation and protection of copyrights:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Support of transactions in the field of copyright and related rights;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.armenianlaw.com\/en\/legal-support-of-real-estate-purchase-transactions-in-armenia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Legal support at registration<\/a> of copyright;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Submission copyright rights and interests in the courts;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Making an application for registration of intellectual property;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Copyright protection on the Internet<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the Republic of Armenia the law \u201con copyright and related rights\u201d is in full force as per our international agreements.
