Due to that, the Minister of Justice of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan mentioned a new regulation in her statement.\u00a0She marked that the new regulation allows issuing a warning as a measure of administrative punishment instead of a fine\u00a0with regard to the most spread\u00a0types of offen\u0441es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From now on, the stop of a vehicle for picking up or dropping off a passenger, which doesn\u2019t exceed 1 minute, is not to be considered as a violation of the stopping and parking rules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When driving a vehicle with absence of\u00a0driver\u2019s license and other documents or when driving a car with tinted glass the driver shall not be subject to responsibility if he provides the driver\u2019s license and other documents to competent bodies (officials) within 24 hours of the violation or if he remedies the signs of violation within 24 hours. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><a style=\"color: #999999;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pastinfo.am\/hy\/node\/87687#sthash.Vli89cgn.dpuf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PastInfo<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>11.01.2016<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On January 11, 2016, the Law of the RA \u201cOn the amendment to the Code on administrative offenses of the RA\u201d and the legislative package of laws under entered into force.
