{"id":1788,"date":"2015-06-21T21:30:39","date_gmt":"2015-06-21T17:30:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.armenianlaw.com\/?p=1788"},"modified":"2018-03-01T21:57:17","modified_gmt":"2018-03-01T17:57:17","slug":"president-asserted-the-list-of-judicial-nominees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.armenianlaw.com\/en\/president-asserted-the-list-of-judicial-nominees\/","title":{"rendered":"President asserted the list of judicial nominees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On 20 June President of the Republic Armenia signed the decree asserted the list of judicial nominees established by the decision of Council of Justice \u201cOn the establishment of the list of judicial nominees \u201d from 27 May of 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Following \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.court.am\">court.am<\/a>\u201d, appropriate amendments must be carried out in the list of judicial nominees in civil and administrative specialization in accordance with Decree of President \u201cOn establishing the list of judicial nominees\u201d from 23 July of 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">So, in the list of nominees in civil specialization were involved A. Arzumanyan (1979) leading specialist of legal department of \u201cArtsakhbank\u201d CJSC, T. Grigoryan (1982), S. Iskandaryan \u2013 leading specialist of legal-organizational department of Judicial Department of the RA, L. Hovhannisyan (1985) \u2013 judicial assistant in Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts, N. Mkhitaryan (1965) \u2013 director of \u201cSlasar\u201d LLC, G. Vardanyan (1985) &#8211; head of the 5-th department on legal supervision of the Ministry of Justice of the RA and A. Ohanyan (1982). In administrative specialization were chosen nominees of R. Makhmudyan (1982) \u2013 head of a legal-organizational department of Judicial Department of the RA and M.
